How Belly Mud Works

First, Belly Mud is not your average diet supplement. Belly Mud is actually a lotion/cream that is meant to be spread across the belly, after which you wrap it in plastic wrap, cloths, or something else to pull the skin tight and keep the lotion on the skin, allowing it to soak in a little better. It’s like the wraps you can get at your local spa. And technically, people who go to the spa can measure how many inches they lost after a successful body wrap. So what about the Belly Mud formula?

Belly Mud Ingredients

I’ll say this once and only once. People lose weight at spas, because a body wrap causes the body to sweat out pounds of water. Wraps can cause dehydration, and no, wraps do not burn fat. So weight rebound is a common complaint. You spend a lot to lose 2 pounds for about an hour. Belly Mud is at least cheaper. But even if this weren’t the case, none of the Belly Mud ingredients actually burn fat.The ingredients in Belly Mud can improve skin.

Belly Mud even has a peptide called matrixyl, which can increase collagen and elastin, therefore fighting wrinkles. But matrixyl doesn’t fight fat, even in pills. Belly Mud does describe the main ingredient, Dead Sea mud, as a rich source of the fat burner synephrine. But think again. Synephrine comes from the fruit citrus aurantium, not mud.

Overall Impression of Belly Mud

The only thing that surprises me about Belly Mud is the fact that Belly Mud does not use a “free trial offer.” Free trial offers are almost expected whenever I see major TV logos. But Belly Mud sells every bottle for $39.95. So at least Belly Mud doesn’t sign you up for an expensive auto ship. But bottom line, Belly Mud doesn’t work. Autoship or not, don’t buy Belly Mud.
