Erections are an interesting thing. They come and go, and some men have them when young, and others struggle with them their whole lives or rather not having them. Then again, some men never actually suffer any problems with them, and they have been related to everything from heart disease to old age to diabetes to genetics for that matter. It really just depends on the person when it comes to this problem, and ultimately, the inability to achieve proper erection can eventually be called ED or erectile dysfunction.
This being said, the question for many is how do you actually address ED or even less severe forms of this? How do you properly address it in general terms? Well for starters, I would actually suggest above anything else a healthier diet and exercise plan with plenty of fruits, vegetables, antioxidants, fibers, and vitamins. Oftentimes, this will help you unclog arteries while also improving blood circulation which is absolutely vital to erections in general. Now you can use products like Zencore. But ultimately while some work, Zencore does not, and frankly speaking the best way is often the natural way that changes everything, not just this.
Second, I would recommend exercise. Exercise ultimately speaking gets the blood pumping, it gets you sweating and ultimately cleansing your systems to some degree, it gets adrenaline going, and ultimately exercise has been known to improve sex drive in general. So what it comes down to is the fact that exercise, not Zencore could be a great help.
But when it comes to supplements, the one major thing I would recommend looking for is caffeine or ginseng. These are natural stimulants that not only produce more stamina in general, they also help you to increase natural blood flow throughout the body including to the extremities. And you will naturally find ingredients like this along with other natural and helpful ingredients in the proper amounts to actually produce results in products like Orexis. Orexis has everything you would need, and this all natural formula is truly made for success.

Claiming to be the “world’s first advanced fat burner designed specifically for a woman’s body”, Slimquick has quickly forgot about all the other supposed women’s diet pills such as NV, Curvatrim, TrimSpa, and many others. Still, they claim to provide a scientifically formulated product meant to target and overcome the physiological and hormonal barriers specific to women.
Price: $29.99
Ingredients and Mechanism of Action:
Slimquick ingredients include micronized green tea leaf extract, caffeine, cocoa bean extract, yerba mate extract, clary sage extract, soy isoflavones, vitex agnus castus, beta-sisosterol, phosphatidylserine, rhodiola rosea, theaning, dandelion leaf and root, horsetail, uva ursi extract, French maritime pine extract, cellulose ethers, piper nigrum, vitamin D, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, and calcium.
Whoever came up with this formula was obviously not thinking about the woman’s body or any weight loss components for that matter. They have only the most common weight loss ingredients to be found in any diet pill, and their only gender specific ingredient is soy isoflavones, which isn’t really weight loss related. They hide their formulas under small proprietary blends, and they don’t even dare to provide you with the amounts of each proprietary blend. Basically, it’s not actually meant to promote weight loss.
You Should Not Take Slimquick If:
- *people under 18
- *pregnant or nursing
- *those with a family history of heart disease
- *those with a family history of psychological disorders
- *those using any prescription or over the counter drug
- *if you are used an MAOI or SSRI
Possible Side Effects:
- *irregular heart beat
- *chest pain
- *dizziness
- *headache
- *nausea
- *insomnia
- *mood swings
- *gastrointestinal cramping
- *diarrhea
- *constipation
- *tension
- *anxiety
- *high blood pressure
Overall Impression of Slimquick:
Slimquick uses the idea of targeting a woman’s body as a marketing ploy and nothing else. Let’s face it, it doesn’t have any unusual weight loss ingredients, let alone in the proper amounts, it doesn’t have any real women’s weight loss ingredients, it barely scratches the surface using soy isoflavones, and it costs far too much for what you’re getting. Slimquick is just another lacking diet pill trying to make a quick buck off the unsuspecting consumer.

The Slimquick Cleanse is mainly meant to jumpstart your diet by eliminating toxins, increasing metabolism, improving functions of the digestive tract, increasing energy, cleansing the colon, and balancing blood sugar levels. It apparently uses clinically proven ingredients for this purpose, and to be frank, a good cleanse is relatively easy to make. So it could happen that even Slimquick could do it.
Price: $19.99
Ingredients and Mechanism of Action:
Slimquick Cleanse ingredients include selenium, chromium, glucomannan, green tea, senna extract, ginseng extract, lactospore, chaste tree extract, milk thistle extract, artichoke, tumeric extract, dandelion, cranberry, fennel, peppermint extract, caraway, ginger, slippery elm, bromelain, and cinnamon.
The only “cleansing” ingredients this blend has are diuretics. While this may push excess water weight out of the body, it will more likely dehydrate the body, leading to quick, but impossible to maintain weight loss. It is not actually designed to cleanse the colon ironically enough. A cleanse is easy to create, and cheap, but that does not mean that every company will actually do it. In fact most won’t.
You Should Not Take Slimquick Cleanse If:
- *you are allergic to any of the ingredients
- *you have a sensitive stomach
- *you are not prepared to drink at least 8 cups of water per day
- *you have thyroid issues
- *you are diabetic
- *you have completed another detox within the past 7 days
- *you have low blood sugar
- *you have an eating disorder
Possible Side Effects:
- *dehydration
- *feeling tired
- *headaches
- *fatigue
- *nausea
- *diarrhea
- *mineral imbalances
- *black or dark waste
Overall Impression of Slimquick Cleanse:
Slimquick Cleanse literally picked one of the most popular and yet the single cheapest diet product that you could possibly make. Yet they chose to not actually use the ingredients that would be required for ultimate success. They chose only to use diuretics. So why not call it what it is, a diuretic, a quick fix that will actually frustrate your diet plans in the long run.

For rapid weight loss, total body solutions, appetite control, relaxation, and mental well being, Smart Burn Diet Pills apparently uses the much talked about and publicized ingredient hoodia. They can help you to get rid of fat on your belly, thighs, or butt specifically, which realistically no diet pill can do. They cannot target certain areas and not others.
Price: $39.99
Ingredients and Mechanism of Action:
Smart Burn Diet Pills ingredients include chromium, calcium, potassium, garcinia cambogia, gymnema sylvestre, rhodiola rosea, theanine, astaxanthin, hoodia gordonii, tarragon, n-acetyl tyrosine, withania somnifera extract, vinpocetine, soy phospholipids, and green tea.
These are all ingredients you can find just about anywhere, including in men’s supplements. You will find all of these ingredients in any product, because they are cheap. Some of them do work in the right amounts, but not in the small amounts you will find in this particular product.
You Should Not Take Smart Burn Diet Pills If:
- *people under 18
- *pregnant or nursing
- *those with a family history of heart disease
- *those with a family history of psychological disorders
- *those using any prescription or over the counter drug
- *if you are used an MAOI or SSRI
Possible Side Effects:
- *irregular heart beat
- *chest pain
- *dizziness
- *headache
- *nausea
- *insomnia
- *mood swings
- *gastrointestinal cramping
- *diarrhea
- *constipation
- *tension
- *anxiety
- *high blood pressure
Overall Impression of Smart Burn Diet Pills:
Smart Burn Diet Pills provide you with the average diet pills in a fancy looking package and with all sorts of high claims. What they do not provide you with is the stuff you would need to lose weight, target a woman’s body, etc. It is no surprise that they claim things that are literally impossible for a diet pill, such as targeting the hips, butt, and stomach. What kind of faulty diet pill would they be without it?

Sold by Fizogen, The Burn For Women is apparently unlike any other diet pill out there. When other products fail, this supposedly outperforms all of them, and it is “simply the most sophisticated combination of ingredients to rapidly help reduce body fat when combined with diet and exercise.” But they are certainly not the first to make false and lofty claims about a product that is nothing special.
Price: $49.99
Ingredients and Mechanism of Action:
The Burn For Women ingredients include synephrine, yohimbine, evodiamines, caffeine anhydrous, di-caffeine malate, guggulsterones, l-taurine ethyl ester HCL, naringin, bioperine, phosphatidylserine, daidzein, CLA, sesame oil, gelatin, l-taurine, and titanium dioxide.
The Burn For Women provides you with a formula that is not only ordinary at best, it also uses ingredients that have nothing to do with weight loss, can cause significant side effects, and are actually more geared toward male dieters in the general market. In short, The Burn For Women is no different than The Burn For Men, and it will not promote anything but grief.
You Should Not Take The Burn For Women If:
- *You have a pre-existing medical condition such as heart, liver, or kidney disease
- *You have a family history of medical conditions such as heart, liver, or kidney disease
- *You have caffeine sensitivities
- *You have high blood pressure
- *you have a history of psychological disorders
- *You are using an MAO Inhibitor
- *You suffer from glaucoma
Possible Side Effects:
- *Insomnia and overstimulation
- *Diarrhea
- *irregular heart beat and dizziness
- *vomiting and headaches
- *loss of appetite
- *anxiety, panic attacks, hallucinations
- *high blood pressure
- *skin flushing
- *seizures and renal failure
- *kidney damage
- *reduced blood circulation to heart
- *heart attack or stroke
Overall Impression of The Burn For Women:
The Burn For Women is not engineered for women, and it is definitely not engineered for weight loss. It has none of the ingredients or the amounts that you would need, and it has quite a few ingredients more likely to be associated with side effects. It would be a substantial waste of your time and money, and you don’t want to buy this product.

Tight FEM is “specifically formulated for a woman’s body to provide increased energy and fast weight loss.” They apparently use pharmaceutical grade over the counter components to attack adipose tissue. The major problem with this is that first, a number of companies have been busted lately for using prescription drugs in their formulas, and there are no prescription fat burners, just appetite suppressants and fat blockers.
Price: $29.95
Ingredients and Mechanism of Action:
Tight FEM ingredients include Caffeine Anhydrous (98% Caffeine), Coleus Forskohlii Extract (20% Forskolin), Green Tea Extract (60% EGCG), Guggulsterones Extract (98% E & Z Isomers), Vinca Minor Plant (96% Vinpocetine), Yohimbe Bark (98% Yohimbe), Piperine Fruit (96% Piperine).
Most of the ingredients in Tight FEM are simple caffeines. They have nothing to do with the female body or female weight loss, and caffeines will really over-stimulate the systems without providing significant results in the long term. They even use one ingredient that is famous for side effects, and it is specifically used in male targeted formulas, not female targeted formulas. It also has no connection to any kind of weight loss, and is otherwise known as yohimbine.
You Should Not Take Tight FEM If:
- *You have a pre-existing medical condition such as heart, liver, or kidney disease
- *You have a family history of medical conditions such as heart, liver, or kidney disease
- *You have caffeine sensitivities
- *You have high blood pressure
- *you have a history of psychological disorders
Possible Side Effects:
- *Insomnia and overstimulation
- *Diarrhea
- *irregular heart beat and dizziness
- *vomiting and headaches
- *loss of appetite
- *anxiety, panic attacks, hallucinations
- *high blood pressure
- *skin flushing
- *seizures and renal failure
Overall Impression of Tight FEM:
Tight FEM is not made for a woman’s body or as an actual diet pill. If anything, it is a caffeine pill with ingredients more popularly targeted toward men and “hardcore” men’s diet pills. With all the problems and the lack of results, we don’t know why anyone would want to buy Tight FEM.

Tone N Tighten is an all natural fat burning formula for a “firm, great looking body without stimulants.” It helps women specifically to lose fat, especially when combined with a diet and exercise plan. It apparently helps to emulsify excess body fat and provide you with extra energy, reduced water retention, fat burning, and natural internal cleansing.
Price: $18.95
Ingredients and Mechanism of Action:
Tone N Tighten ingredients include vitamin B6, calcium, choline, inositol, chromium picolinate, cayenne, burdock, uva ursi, carnitine, damiana, betaine, choline citrate, inositol monophosphate, calcium phosphate, betaine hydrochloride, l-carnitine, gelatin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, magnesium stearate, and stearic acid.
What we were waiting for the whole time was even one weight loss ingredient. They did use damiana, but it does not promote any weight loss without guarana and yerba mate. In addition, even with that combination, you would definitely need more than 50mg of damiana. On the bright side, they don’t use any stimulants.
Overall Impression of Tone N Tighten:
Unless you are allergic to one of the ingredients, you are unlikely to experience side effects. However, they fail to use any of the valid weight loss ingredients with stimulant properties let alone without. They have a few diuretics, but those do not promote real weight loss, just a small drop in water weight, which comes back the minute you drink a glass of water.

Trimspa Energy is not actually meant to be a weight loss supplement, or at least they don’t stress that quite as much as they stress its use as an energy supplement. They claim it will help you to stay on the go and stay energized, being equal in caffeine to about 2 cups of coffee. Therefore, it should not be taken before bedtime.
Price: $28.99
Ingredients and Mechanism of Action:
Trimspa Energy ingredients include Green Tea Extract, glucomannan, cocoa extract, hoodia gordonii, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, glucosamine hcl, guarana extract, l-tyrosine, citrus narargin, atp, and vanadium.
The only weight loss ingredients in this mix are green tea and glucomannan. Most of them are not even based on caffeine, therefore not actually providing extra energy. Green tea and guarana are alone in that count. Hoodia gordonii is supposed to be an appetite suppressant, but has not been proven and all you will find in the United States are imitators.
You Should Not Take Trimspa Energy If:
- *people under 18
- *pregnant or nursing
- *those with a family history of heart disease
- *those with a family history of psychological disorders
- *those using any prescription or over the counter drug
- *if you are used an MAOI or SSRI
Possible Side Effects:
- *irregular heart beat
- *chest pain
- *dizziness
- *headache
- *nausea
- *insomnia
- *mood swings
- *gastrointestinal cramping
- *diarrhea
- *constipation
- *tension
- *anxiety
- *high blood pressure
Overall Impression of Trimspa Energy:
Trimspa Energy is not the product you want to buy. It won’t provide you with any weight loss results, let alone the energy related results that they describe. It is just another Trimspa product posing as a real weight loss supplement.
December 7th, 2009
Trimspa was originally marketed via Anna Nicole Smith as a spokesperson. They formerly used ephedra, which was banned, and then they created TrimSpa X32. Trimspa X32 was made to replace the old formula with no ephedra. But nonetheless, the FTC announced that the marketers of Trimspa had been ordered to pay a settlement of $1.5 million due to unsubstantiated claims.
Price: $34.99
Ingredients and Mechanism of Action:
Trimspa X32 ingredients include hoodia gordonii, glucosamine, green tea, cocoa extract, citrus naringin, chromium chelavite, vanadium, and glucomannan.
They don’t provide the quantities for any of these ingredients, and they are certainly not female specific. Glucomannan requires a minimum of 1g or 1000mg to provide results, and we’ve only seen one company that met that requirement. It certainly did not hide the quantities at that time. The rest of the ingredients are common at best, and they don’t promote significant weight loss.
You Should Not Take NV Rapid Weight Loss Beauty Pill If:
- *people under 18
- *pregnant or nursing
- *those with a family history of heart disease
- *those with a family history of psychological disorders
- *those using any prescription or over the counter drug
- *if you are used an MAOI or SSRI
Possible Side Effects:
- *irregular heart beat
- *chest pain
- *dizziness
- *headache
- *nausea
- *insomnia
- *mood swings
- *gastrointestinal cramping
- *diarrhea
- *constipation
- *tension
- *anxiety
- *high blood pressure
Overall Impression of Trimspa X32:
Trimspa X32 lost their big marketing ploy a long time ago, and they never had a real draw in terms of formula or weight loss potential in the first place. It may be ephedra free, but it is certainly not devoid of dangers, ineffective formulas, or otherwise. The only thing keeping them afloat before was ephedra. Now, like many other formerly ephedra based products, they have nothing.

Using a supposed “exclusive European formula”, Slimage is meant to help women lose weight and look great when combined with a healthy diet and exercise plan. They even have a specific plan to follow for optimum results. It is supposed to promote a slimmer, more youthful you by boosting your metabolism.
Price: $49.99
Ingredients and Mechanism of Action:
Slimage ingredients include green tea, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, biotin, caffeine, oolong tea, white tea, lagerstroemia speciosa, hoodia gordonii, slimaluma, bilberry, vitamin E, alpha lipoic acid, collagen, silica, grape seed extract, lycopene, lingonberry, and coenzyme Q10.
The fact that they name the same ingredients multiple times is a warning sign. But there is also the fact that most of their ingredients are either extremely common or they don’t promote weight loss at all or a combination of the two. There are also the ingredients that only promote weight loss in certain amounts, which they don’t have. None of the ingredients are targeted toward the female dieter.
You Should Not Take Slimage If:
- *people under 18
- *pregnant or nursing
- *those with a family history of heart disease
- *those with a family history of psychological disorders
- *those using any prescription or over the counter drug
- *if you are used an MAOI or SSRI
Possible Side Effects:
- *irregular heart beat
- *chest pain
- *dizziness
- *headache
- *nausea
- *insomnia
- *mood swings
- *gastrointestinal cramping
- *diarrhea
- *constipation
- *tension
- *anxiety
- *high blood pressure
Overall Impression of Slimage:
Slimage has none of the right ingredients, none of the right amounts, no female specific ingredients, not even soy isoflavones, and they show a lot of the basic signs of a scam. It goes without saying that Slimage is nothing more than a scam, and it would be a mistake to buy this product.
