Im 18 and ive started in lipoburn, i was taking a couple when i was 17 but stopped for a while. but now i am back on them, doing regular excerise and trying to keep to a good diet. I havent yet seen results in my body weight but they are great at supressing my appetite, i take one in the morning, then another before i hit the gym and maybe another when i have dinner. One side affect i had, was when i took one late in the afternoon and i had trouble sleeping probsbly due to the caffeine content. I felt extremely dizzy and i felt like i was spinning in circles. i tried to focus on one thing to stop the dizzyness, which continued even when my eyes were open. It made me feel as if i were going to be sick cos i felt so dizzy =S
