Most of the ingredients in Tight FEM are simple caffeines. They have nothing to do with the female body or female weight loss, and caffeines will really over-stimulate the systems without providing significant results in the long term. They even use one ingredient that is famous for side effects, and it is specifically used in male targeted formulas, not female targeted formulas. It also has no connection to any kind of weight loss, and is otherwise known as yohimbine.
