Trimspa X32 was made to replace the old formula with no ephedra. But nonetheless, the FTC announced that the marketers of Trimspa had been ordered to pay a settlement of $1.5 million due to unsubstantiated claims.

Trimspa X32 ingredients include hoodia gordonii, glucosamine, green tea, cocoa extract, citrus naringin, chromium chelavite, vanadium, and glucomannan.
They don't provide the quantities for any of these ingredients, and they are certainly not female specific. Glucomannan requires a minimum of 1g or 1000mg to provide results, and we've only seen one company that met that requirement. It certainly did not hide the quantities at that time. The rest of the ingredients are common at best, and they don't promote significant weight loss.
